A copy of Registration Certificate issued by the Tender Board is to be
submitted for collection of tender document.
Tender Documents can be purchased from the Office of the Director of
Purchase & Contracts at the Directorate General of Financial Affairs
between 8.00a.m. and 12.30p.m. on working days, on payment of Tender Fee
mentioned against each. Tenders should be submitted in plain, sealed
envelope, enclosing a Bank Guarantee or a Certified Cheque issued by a
Local Bank for Two percent (2%) of the quoted value of the tender.
Tender(s) submitted without Guarantee or a Certified Cheque will not be
considered.
The Ministry
reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender without assigning any
reason.
