H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed al-Saidi, Minister of Health recently honored the doctors authors of the book “Urological Cancer Management” at the conferences hall at the Royal Hospital (RH).

The honoring ceremony was held in the presence of H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Saif al-Hosni, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Health Affairs, Dr. Qasim al-Salmi, RH Director-General along with the medical and administrative staff in the Hospital.

This book endeavours to provide the reader with a brief and succinct text on common urological malignancies as opposed to comprehensive textbooks which are readily available describing all aspects of urology.

Collection and preparation of scientific material for the book in the field of urology was prepared by doctors specialized in urology at the Royal Hospital namely; Dr. Salim bin Said al-Busaidy, consultant and head of urology at the RH, Dr. Said bin Abdullah al-Mamari, senior specialist in urology, Dr. Qais bin Mohammed al-Hoti, senior specialist in urology, Dr. Kurian George, senior consultant in urology and Dr. Santhosh Narayana Kurukkal, senior specialist in urology.
