Hearing Aids Project Launched at Sur Referral Hospital
The Ministry of Health (MOH) represented by Sur Referral Hospital launched lately Hearing Aid Project for Social Security and Limited -Income people. The project was inaugurated under the auspices of H.E. Dr. Darweesh Saif Al Maharbi, MOH’s Undersecretary of Administrative and Financial Affairs, with the presence of senior health officials at Sur Hospital’s Hall.
The project was adopted by the Social Committee of Sur Health City’s Initiative in collaboration with Sur Hospital. The project comprises of approximately 144 hearing aids provided for 98 patients from Social Security and Limited -Income from different age groups.
On other side, H.E. Dr. Al Maharbi patron the honoring ceremony of the distinguished Health Establishments in the community project regarding birth spacing, and the employees that completed 30 year-service from the different health establishments in the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) in the Al Sharqiah South Governorate at the Sur Nursing Institute.
Moreover, H.E. MOH’s Undersecretary of Administrative and Financial Affairs visited number of the Governorate’s Health Establishments where he met the medical, technical, and administrative staff and discussed with them their needs and requirements.
