H.E. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Health received today Sunday in his office at the Ministry’s Headquarters H.E. Sulaiman Al Dakheel, the Director General of Gulf Health Council for Cooperation Council States.

The meeting exchanged cordial conversations and discussed several topics related to the Executive Board Budget 2017 and the unified purchase of drugs and medical requirements. Moreover, the meeting addressed the expatriate workers check-up project and reviewed the activities of the executive board technical committees and their development mechanism. 

H.E. Health minister praised the efforts exerted by the Director General of Gulf Health Council for Cooperation Council States and workers, stressing on their major role played  in the coordination between the GCC States regarding the technical domains.  

It should be noted that this is a preparatory meeting for the upcoming Gulf Health Ministers meeting that will be held in October.
