The Muscat Campaign for Elimination of Aedes Aegypti Mosquito themed "Your Cooperation…Indicates Your Awareness" run by the Ministry of Health (MOH) in cooperation with the Muscat Municipality during 8 – 23 January 2019 is started today in the Wilayat of Muttrah.

The Campaign starts today at external area of Jabir bin Zaid School with the presence of a number of senior officials of MOH and Muscat Municipality.

To fulfill the objective of the campaign, the Ministry of Health and Muscat Municipality call upon all citizens and residents to activate the community role in order to eradicate breeding sites of aedes aegypti mosquito and to cooperate with the field teams involved in the Muscat Campaign for Elimination of Aedes Aegypti Mosquito.

Moreover, the Ministry of Health and the Muscat Municipality call on everyone to seek information from their reliable source and ignore rumors. All citizens and residents can communicate with the MOH Contact Center and the Muscat Municipality Contact Center for any queries.
