The Ministry of Health (MOH) signed on (Monday) at the Ministry’s Headquarters an agreement to build a new dialysis center in the Wilayat of Al-Amerat funded by the heirs of Abdullah bin Moosa Al-Raisi.
H.E. Dr. Darweesh bin Saif al-Maharbi, MOH Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs signed the agreement on behalf of the Ministry and Farah bint Abdullah bin Moosa Al-Raisi signed on behalf of the heirs.
At a cost of more than one million riyal, the new dialysis center will be built on an area of 1300 sq.m, with capacity of 37 beds, 10 of them are for isolation cases.
Dr. Darweesh stressed in a statement on the importance of the partnership between the government and other sectors in the sultanate in serving the public interest. He also praised the initiative provided by the heirs of Abdullah Al-Raisi.
On the other side, Farah Al-Raisi, asserted the family's keenness to activate the partnership role and cooperation between the family and the government institutions in a manner that serves the development aspects including the health field and health services.
