The Ministry of Health (MOH) represented by the Directorate General of Khoula Hospital signed recently an agreement for supplying purchase of orthopedic surgical instruments and supplies worth more than (38000) OR funded by Mitsui E&P Middle EastB.V. (MEPME).
Hospital’s Director General Dr. Abdullah Humood Al Harthi, and the Company’s General Manager Najeeb Al Harthi signed the agreement.
Khoula hospital’s Director General emphasized the significance of public and private sector partnerships for the general interest, praising MEPME initiative in funding the purchase of instruments and tools for orthopedic surgeries.
MEPME General Manager Mr. Al Harthi stressed the company’s keenness to activate partnership and cooperation with government institutions to serve the development of the country, including health services provided to citizens through the Corporate Social Responsibility.
It is worth to mention that Mitsui E&P Middle East B.V. (MEPME), which is affiliated with the Japanese MOECO, is producing crude oil and natural gas onshore Oman since 2002.
