The Oman College of Health Sciences (OCOHS), represented by the Students Affairs Deanship Department organized today (Sunday) an orientation day for the new students for the academic year 2019/ 2020 at the major conference room of the OCOHS.
The orientation day aims to familiarize the new students with the College's educational programs, as well as the academic and administrative laws and regulations.
Dr. Mustafa bin Fahmi bin Mohammed, Dean of the OCOHS welcomed the new students and congratulated them for enrolling the College as a new batch of this year. He pointed out to the Royal Decree No. 18/2018 regarding the establishment of College and its new regulation, which ensure providing and improving the quality of the College's health programs that match the other health institutions in the world in order to achieve the future health plan 2050.
Dr. Fahmi also identified the programs, activities and departments of the College.
The orientation day for the new academic year 2019/ 2020 will continue for another two-day, in which, on Monday will be for the nursing and pharmacy program and on Tuesday will be for health information management program and health sciences program.
