The expansion project of Suhar Hospital will be opened tomorrow (Thursday) under the auspices of H.E. Abdulsalam bin Mohamed Al-Murshidi, President of Oman Investment Authority (OIA).

The first phase of the project is constructed under the direct supervision of the Royal Court Affairs.

The project aims to improve patient services and meet the growing demand for some of the tertiary health services, “the highly specialized hospitals,” which would contribute to reducing waiting time and ensure high quality and exceptional standards for patient safety.

The interest to establish service and development projects, including the health sector projects, comes to implement the directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik to focus on the health of Omani citizens and everyone received health services in Oman in order to achieve the development goals and national strategy of the Sultanate of Oman in Oman Vision 2040.
