The Ministry of Health (MOH), represented by the Directorate General of Quality Assurance Center (DGQAC), recently organized a Forum on the Incidents Reporting and Learning System (Aman).

The Forum was attended by Dr. Qamra bint Said Al-Sariri, DGQAC Director General, along with a number of directors general and directors of hospitals and Aman focal points in the directorates and governorates.  

The Forum aimed to discuss the adverse medical incidents according to the annual reports prepared by the DGQAC and all health institutions (primary, secondary, tertiary).

Furthermore, the Forum touched upon the Aman annual report for 2022 and the next annual year, the most important features and new updates of the system, as well as the experiences of Aman focal points in the directorates and governorates.
