H.H Al Sayeed Taimoor As’ad A’l Saeed, honorary Chairman of the Oman Diabetes Association, inaugurated today morning ( Tuesday) the Diabetes Mobile Clinic at the National Diabetes and Endocrinology Center with the attendance of MOH Undersecretary for Health Affairs H.E. Dr. Mohammed Al Hosni and number of health officials.

Oman Diabetes Association is hosting the Mobile Clinic with the collaboration of Novartis CO. to lead a 5-months campaign all over the Sultanate. The campaign aims at raising the public awareness on Diabetes, offering regular check-up, and providing screen and medical consultancy services for diabetics. 50 doctors and health providers from the National Center and local Specialists in Governorates participated in this event. The Mobile Clinic will visit more than 17 welayats, one week for each station.
