The Health Services Department in A’seeb represented by the community Initiatives Team and AlKhodh Sport Team has lately organized series of training courses on First-Aid in collaboration with the Nursing College, Sultan Qaboos University.

The courses aimed at educating males and females living in different areas in AlKhodh on the necessary knowledge and skills of First aid.

The courses included theoretical and practical training of First aid of different traumas such as burns, injuries, fractions, sun beats, electric shock, insects and snakes beats, and the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) method.

At the end, first aid boxes were distributed for those who passed the training and excelled in the skills.
