Ministry of Health represented by Al Nahdha Hospital organized today ( Monday) at hospital’s Conference Hall the Second Annual Ceremony of honoring for the hospital’s distinctive employees under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Darweesh Saif Al Maharbi, MOH Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs. Approximately 120 participants from the hospital directors, heads of departments, and employees attended the ceremony.

Dr. Qamrah Saeed Al Sareriayah, Al Nahdha Hospital’s Executive Director pointed out that the selection process was under the supervision of the hospital’s Quality Control Committee following pre-prepared standards and professional indicators which include job performance, good communication and duty accomplishment, team work, innovation and continuity of skills development.

It is worth to mention that the honoring ceremony is a recognition of the hospital for its employees’ magnificent efforts. Such event encourages constructive ideas and positive initiatives, which contribute to uplift health services level. Moreover, it promotes the positive competition spirit among employees.
