Health Educational Institutes Marks 595 Graduates27/12/2016
The Ministry of Health (MOH) celebrated on Thursday the graduation of 595 students of Muscat Governorate’s Health Institutes with educational degrees in basic and Specialized Diplomas as well as Bachelor. The 595 graduates are from institutes of Oman Nursing, Health Sciences, Oman Specialized Nursing, Oman Assistants Pharmacists, and Oman Health Information Management. The graduates include 71 students who are enrolled in the Royal Oman Police (ROP).
The graduation ceremony was held at the Qurum amphitheater under the auspices of H.E. Dr. Humood Khalfan Al Harthi, Undersecretary of Ministry of Education for Education and Curriculum with the presence of H.E. Dr. Ali Talib Al Hanai, MOH’s Undersecretary of Planning Affairs and number of officials, educational and administrative faculties of the educational institutes in addition to the graduates’ families.
The graduates took the profession oath during the ceremony confirming the Professional ethics that stressed the humanitarian principles and commitment toward patients.
At the end, the patron of the ceremony distributed certificates to top graduates, distinguished students and all graduates.
During the distribution of the certificates and in recognition of Ashjan Mansoor Humood Al Sulaimi, a graduate from Health Sciences Institute who passed away, her brother was handed her certificate.
