The Ministry of Health’s Contact Center won the award of the best Government Call Center in the Middle East for the category of 30 employees and less. on behalf of the Ministry, Rashid Mohammed Al Rashidi, the Contact Center’s Supervisor, received the award yesterday (Monday) in a ceremony held in Dubai, UAE.
It is worth mentioning that the MOH’s Contact Center received 7846 calls, and 306 international calls in 2015. In addition, the center maintained the response-speed rate of less than 6 seconds. Moreover, 124 cases were recorded by the smartphone application.
The Contact Center further receives many calls in various domains such as health education, general information, suggestions, reports and complaints.
