H.E. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Health, launched today (Monday) the ministry’s Contact Center at MOH headquarter.
The objective of the Ministry of Health in establishing this center is to set a point that connects the Ministry with the community to deliver the ultimate healthcare services.
The Contact Center provides various services; health education, responses to inquires, receiving complaints and reports from individuals or Ministry’s employees and forwarding them to the concern authority for follow up, and welcoming any suggestions.
Receiving of calls on 24441999 starts daily from 7:30 am until 9:30 pm. Timing in official holidays is from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm. The calls are received by fully trained and qualified personnel who are able to deal with different calls. Calls will be classified to get a direct response or to be followed-up in case the query demands contacting with the concerned persons at the Ministry.
