2.What is the PKI service and what is Tam service?

Tam is an Electronic Certification service provided by the National Digital Certification Center (NDCC) at the Information Technology Authority (ITA).This service allows all Omani citizens and residents to use the government electronic services and transactions in a higher level of security, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality to protect all E-Transactions made through ID cards and mobile SIM cards.

Q. What payment options are available?
A. ​MOH accepts credit and debit card payments.
 
Q. What should I do if I pay for a service but do not receive a confirmation email?
A. ​If after a couple of hours you still have not receive an email, and you cannot see your application on the website, or your application still shows as "payment pending", please email clearancedata@gmail.com with the details of the service you applied for. If possible please include the email address and/or civil id that was used to log in to the portal.  
Q. When I try to submit an application, I see an error message. What should I do?
A. If the error message persists, please email clearancedata@gmail.com with the details of the application and the error message, preferably including a screenshot of the error message.
 
Q. When my application is approved, do I need to pick up my certificate from the MOH offices in person?
A. Most services now allow you to download your certificate as a PDF and print it yourself.
