In order to educate and raise the society’s awareness on obesity prevention and control, the Royal Hospital represented by the National Diabetes and Endocrine Center organized yesterday (Wednesday) at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque a lecture on “Smart Ways to Fitness” presented by Dr. Abdullah Al Mutawa’, dietitian and sport nutrition specialist.

Dr. Al Mutawa’ explored many health aspects that will help in leading a diseases-free life. Topics included the magnificent differences between man and woman’s body, the three-hour law, ways to get rid of sugar addiction, the art of appetite control, and weight loss’ obstacles.
