  4. Receive and evaluate the abstracts and appropriately selected.
  5. Coordination with the participating bodies and personalities.
  6. Preparation and organization of scientific activities associated with the Conference.
  7. Preparation of the conference program in Arabic and English.
  8. Review the scientific materials of the publications, advertisements and booklets issued for the conference.
  9. Prepare and formulate recommendations.

Finance Committee and Resource Mobilization

Functions of the Committee

 

  1. Seek to cover conference costs through sponsors.
  2. Addressing private sector institutions to support the conference
  3. Promoting the Conference to private sector institutions to support the Conference
  4. Identification and classification of supporting sponsors and how to deal with them.
  5. Choose the appropriate means of communication and promotion.
  6. Attract supporters and donors to the conference with private sector institutions to support the conference.
  7. Establish an estimated budget for the conference, including the expenses of each committee, emergency expenses and the disbursement mechanism.
  8. Raise the budget to the High Committee of the Conference for approval by the General Supervisor.
  9. Opening a special account for the conference and depositing all amounts of sponsorship.
  10. Issuing orders for companies and institutions.
  11. Approval of purchasing supplies for the conference.
  12. Approval of the invoice disbursement of the Conference.
  13. Oversee the implementation of the financial aspects of the conference in cooperation with the other committees.
  14. Any other works assigned to them.

Public relations and services committee

Functions of the Committee

 

  1. Determine the absorptive capacity of the residence.
  2. Booking of rooms and meeting rooms in coordination with the organizer.
  3. Issuing visas to the Sultanate for participants from outside the Sultanate.
  4. Providing transportation for participants coming from outside the Sultanate.
  5. Receive and welcome participants in the conference.
  6. Coordination of reception of guests on the opening day and organization of the reception hall and determine their seating in the hall.

Functions of the Committee

  1. Preparation and processing of all publications in coordination with the rest of the committees.
  2. Supervise the implementation of the media plan of the conference.
  3. Coordination with various media (news, radio, newspapers, magazines, television) to cover the conference.
  4. Edit the news and follow-up through the newspapers and the website of the conference.
  5. Preparing the media center inside the conference.
  6. Following up the marketing of the conference with the media agencies.
  7. Coordination with media professionals.
  8. Coordination with the relevant authorities to participate in the preparation and supervision of the exhibition accompanying the conference.
  9. Distribution of exhibition spaces.
  10. Numbering the partition of the exhibition.
  11. Receiving and handing over partitions to the participating companies.
  12. Preparing the exhibition and coordinating with companies and regulators.
  13. Provide support to companies and participants.
  14. Develop the opening program of the exhibition.
  15. Help visitors to the exhibition.
