The Ministry of Health is keen to support the development of the nursing workforce, which is considered key resources in any health care system. As nurses constitutes more than 40% of the health care workers and around 60% of the health professional population, the Directorate General of Nursing Affairs is committed to provide high quality professionals equipped with skills, knowledge and confidence so that they are able to perform their roles and respond to change positively.
