Rustaq Hospital, in collaboration with the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health, organized a workshop titled "Risk Management in the Workplace" as part of its efforts to strengthen occupational safety practices and enhance institutional awareness of risk management.

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Noura Al Harthi, Head of the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health. It included a theoretical session covering the concepts and importance of risk management in the workplace, alongside practical exercises focusing on hazard identification, risk assessment, and effective control measures to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment.

Through this workshop, the organizing committee aimed to enhance awareness of risk management, improve the preparedness of healthcare professionals, and promote a culture of occupational safety and risk prevention, ultimately contributing to higher-quality performance and ensuring the safety of both healthcare workers and patients.
