As part of strengthening institutional integration and professional knowledge exchange between healthcare institutions, a team of nursing staff from the Nephrology Unit in Al Masna’ah conducted a field visit to the Nephrology Unit in the Wilayat of Bousher. The visit aimed to review best operational practices and exchange experiences in the field of nephrology services.

The visit included a review of the key services provided to patients, the operational procedures followed to ensure the quality of healthcare delivery, as well as an overview of professional development and continuous training programs for healthcare staff. It also highlighted operational models that contribute to improving performance efficiency and enhancing service sustainability.
