Chaired by Dr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al Shukaili, Director General of South Al Batinah Health Services, the "Goals in Service" meeting was held to review updates on the Contact Center, discuss patients' feedback, and examine incidents reported through the Aman reporting system.

The meeting also reviewed the workflow of outpatient clinic appointments, as well as the availability of medications and medical solutions.

The meeting concluded with the development of awareness and corrective action plans aimed at ensuring the quality of healthcare services and addressing emerging healthcare challenges
