South Al Batinah Health Services participated in the Quality Day event organized by the Ministry of Health, by showcasing its outstanding project “Lean Six Sigma”, which aims to reduce the number of missed appointments in the Dermatology Clinic, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services and improve performance efficiency across the governorate.
