Dr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al Shukaili, Director General of South Al Batinah Health Services, chaired a meeting to review the implementation of the Excellence Plans across the directorates and departments, with the participation of directors and department heads. The meeting aimed to assess the progress of the plans and monitor the level of implementation.

During the meeting, participants reviewed key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with the Excellence Plans and discussed implementation progress, achievement rates, and the challenges encountered by some departments.

A number of development proposals were also presented to enhance implementation efficiency and accelerate progress. The meeting further emphasized the importance of adhering to established timelines and achieving the targeted objectives.
