Ateam from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention at the Ministry of Health visited the Medical Fitness Examination Center and Laboratory at South Al Batinah Health Services to assess the center’s readiness and discuss the requirements for launching the Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) Screening Project.

During the visit, the team also met with Dr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al Shukaili, Director General of the Directorate General of Health Services in South Al Batinah Governorate.
