Organized by Rustaq Hospital in collaboration with the Professional Training and Development Department, a workshop titled “Pressure Injury Prevention” was held to enhance the competency of nursing staff and improve the quality and safety of patient care.

The workshop covered the fundamentals of risk assessment, skin assessment, preventive interventions, and early detection of pressure injuries. It also addressed the implementation of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies, emphasizing compliance with them in daily clinical practice.
