The first meeting of the Institutional Culture Team at South Al Batinah Health Services was held in the presence of the team members to discuss the mechanism for implementing the team’s responsibilities and developing an action plan aimed at strengthening institutional culture across healthcare institutions in the governorate.

The meeting addressed several key topics, including identifying priorities and areas requiring development and improvement, as well as discussing mechanisms for monitoring the institutional culture indicator and measuring progress.

The team also discussed mechanisms for designing and implementing initiatives and programmes that contribute to embedding institutional values and behaviours, fostering a positive and motivating work environment, supporting the achievement of institutional culture objectives, and enhancing employee engagement and sense of belonging to the organisation.
