This service allows the beneficiary, the owner of a private health institution to license a new Health Practitioner.
- Log-in to start using the e-service through PKI either with a civil card or e Sim PKI.
- Fill in the required information.
- Attach the required documents.
- Submit the application.
- Wait for Approval.
- Pay Fees.
- Download Certificate.
- Copy of the Commercial Registration (after activity activation).
- Copy of the commercial activities certificate.
- Copy of the medical waste disposal contract (environmental contract).
- Copy of the trademark or trade name reservation.
- Copy of the lease agreement.
- Copy of the cleaning services contract or proof of a company-employed cleaner.
- Access to the service is via the business owner's national ID card or mobile phone with electronic authentication enabled.
- Compliance with the executive regulations stipulated in Ministerial Resolution No. 231/2024.
- Validity of License for 3 Years.
