From this perspective, investing in women’s health is an investment in the future of generations. Health indicators, both globally and locally, highlight the importance of focusing on prevention and early detection, particularly in relation to pregnancy-related conditions, women’s cancers, and mental health, which are among the most significant health challenges we seek to address through scientific awareness and modern practices.
She added: “A total of 1,297 women benefited from early breast cancer screening during the past year, with a coverage rate of 85%of the target group. In addition, 94% of pregnant women were enrolled in follow-up programs during the first trimester of pregnancy. Postnatal follow-up witnessed a significant qualitative improvement, reaching 78%, as a result of the activation of the (virtual clinic).”
